Orkut Ilayathapathay Vijay Community was started in Orkut way back in September 17, 2004 by Venkataramanan, a die-hard Vijay fan from Bangalore. From a member count of 100+ in 2004 to more than 70000+ in 2009, the community has grown leaps and bound mainly because of the active participation of members and the great maintenance by the Community Management Group (CMG).
